What we cannot do
We cannot change a date, cancel a booking, issue a refund, reissue tickets, change names, or confirm attraction entry. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, your provider account or app, your voucher, or the attraction’s own official contact.
- Booking change or refund → the booking platform or attraction provider
- Ticket not received → the confirmation email, spam folder, or provider account
- Entry questions → the operator named on your booking
- Sold-out dates or live availability → the booking provider

If you booked through a third-party platform or another official seller, use the details in that booking first. We do not have access to provider records, and we cannot see live reservation systems.
How this site makes money
Some outbound booking links may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission. That usually does not add extra cost to you. It does not make us the official seller, operator, or attraction website.
Before you email
Include the page URL, the topic or section, and what looks wrong. If it helps, add a screenshot and your device or browser.

Please do not email passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

How we handle corrections
When you report a wrong price, closed entrance, or out-of-date time, we check it against the latest verified source. If your report is right, we update the page. A factual correction is always welcome.
